Our new Head Chef, Peter Kaye, has been taking our residents on a round-the-world culinary trip! We’ve already visited such places as France, Poland, Estonia, and Finland. This week, we headed to Austria with a delicious menu!

Peter served up a Pork Schnitzel, served with a Pepper Sauce. Omelettes were served for the main course, alongside new potatoes, sautéed cabbage, and Peppers. For dessert, our residents were offered either Sachertorte or Forest Berries Fool.

Residents also painted flags to help us celebrate the day, as part of an art-based activity. You can read more about our activities here.
