Our new Head Chef, Peter, has been taking our residents on a culinary trip around the world. So far, we’ve shared our photos from our French Day and our Polish Day.

This week, we’ve been visiting Estonia, with Peter’s mouth-watering menu.

Peter’s menu included a delicious Estonian Pork and Apple Casserole served with New Boiled Potatoes, Sautéed Cabbage and Fennel, with an Estonian Ginger Sponge and Cream for desert.
